About Me

FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Michael Werthheim, founder of Werthwhile Fitness. I’m a DMV native with over 10 years of professional coaching experience helping adults build strength, improve mobility, and create lasting fitness habits.

My background in athletics and performance includes competitive soccer, volleyball, boxing, obstacle racing, and physique training. Combined with years of continued education and mentorship in the fitness industry, it allows me to create smart, effective programs tailored to each client.

Many of my clients are busy adults who want a smarter, more sustainable approach to fitness.

My coaching style is personalized, supportive, and practical. Whether you’re returning to exercise, looking to feel stronger, or wanting more structure and accountability, I’ll meet you where you are and help you make steady progress.

Training is built around your goals, schedule, and current fitness level, with the understanding that long term success comes from consistency, patience, and the right plan.
