FOUNDER

A former publicist turned personal trainer, I am a DMV native with an extensive 15+ year background in the sports and fitness world, including: NCSL D1 soccer player; All-County Volleyball player; boxing under Mike Tysons’s former trainer; Spartan Racer and Men’s Physique Competitor.

 

Throughout the past 8 years, since I switched careers, I've mentored under and worked alongside some of the brightest minds in the fitness industry to continue furthering my education.

 

As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide clients towards a healthier and more active lifestyle both in and outside the gym. Think of me as your own GPS to a healthier lifestyle. 

 

Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and therefore it is my goal to help meet clients where they are at and build from there. My method is to build a custom tailored strength and conditioning plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals.

 

With the understanding that it takes time, patience and consistency, I can help you reach your goals.
